Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit or community‑based organization

  • Must designate one program representative or affiliate manager

Each organization receives a unique URL or code.

#4 Registration Form

Provide logos, social media templates, flyer PDFs, and sample email copy.

#5 Registration Form

Start and end of affiliate campaign, payout schedule, and event date.


Commission Structure & Payment Terms

  • Commission Rate(s): Percentage or dollar amount per item sold

  • Tracking System: Explain how sales will be recorded (via link tracking or code entry)

  • Payment Method: Direct deposit, check, or donation credit

  • Payout Schedule: (e.g., within 30 days after the event)

  • Minimum Thresholds: e.g., $50 minimum to trigger payout


Marketing & Brand Guidelines

Provide clear instructions to maintain a consistent, professional image

  • Approved event logos, fonts, and color palette
